MEET OUR GWG SISTER MARCEY

Hi GWG Sistas:

My name is Marcey; I'm a 36-year preschool teacher at the ABC workshop. I've been teaching for 14 years, and I'm currently working on my Bachelors's degree in early childhood education. I promised myself each year that I would try something new, and for my 34th birthday, I decided that my new adventure would be this! If you would have asked me two years ago if I would ever pick up a gun, let alone shoot one, my answer would have been heck no!! Well, ladies, this new thing has turned into one of my favorite hobbies.

Being proficient in weaponry is beneficial for all walks of life. I don't live life on the edge, I’m a teacher, but I do feel it is important to be able to protect myself and the ones I love. Being a part of GWG has taught me a lot about being a girl with a gun, and I look forward to learning more and building friendships as we take on another year in Girlswithguns.
